General Rules

1.1 Introduction

We reserve the right to cancel any bet made on obviously “bad” odds, switched odds or any bet, where the outcome is already known (or the odds have not been updated correctly due to technical issues).

Also, the right to void or cancel any bets where the outcome has been altered by the imposition of penalty points, enforced relegations or any other measure enforced as a result of anything other than the normal results of the games/competitions in question.

1.2 Postponed events / Cancellations

Starting dates and times displayed on our website are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct.

If a match is postponed before the scheduled kick-off for more than 48 hours, all bets will be refunded. If a game is postponed, all bets will have action 48 hours after kickoff.

If we receive news that a postponed game has been rescheduled for some time after 48 hours, all bets on outcomes in that game will be voided.

If a game rescheduled within 48 hours of its initial kick-off time is then postponed again, then all bets will have action if the game is again rescheduled to kick off within another 48 hours.

Bets will not be voided unless and until the game is rescheduled beyond 48 hours of its most recent kick-off time.

If a match starts but is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day (determined by the local timezone at the match venue), all bets on markets where the result is yet to be determined will be void.

Markets that have been determined at the time of abandonment (i.e. the outcome has already been decided) such as ‘First Team to Score’, ‘First goalscorer”, etc. will stand.

The market must be fully determined for bets to stand.

1.3 Changes to venue

If a match is no longer played at the venue advertised, bets already placed will stand provided that the home team is still designated as such and the venue has not been changed to the opponent’s ground.

If the home and away team for a match are reversed, then bets placed on the original listing will be void.

However, JUNGLE reserves the right to void any bet where we feel that a change of venue has had a significant impact on the prices of the match.

1.4 No show

In case of a participant not attending a particular event as scheduled, all related bets are still valid unless the event thereby is cancelled.

Example: If Player A fails to show up at the World Championships, bets relating to Player A as a winner are still valid.

1.5 Odds format

We show our odds in Decimal Odds format.

1.6 The rounding of winning dividends

All winnings will be rounded down to the nearest whole pence (£0.00). For example, a winning of £240.778 will be rounded down to £240.77.

2. Betting Rules

2.1. Placing Bets/Wagers

2.1.1 JUNGLE reserves the right to trace double accounts and to terminate them.

In this case, all relevant data will be transferred to the most active account of the respective User.

If a User is found to have more than one account and have placed identical bets with the two accounts, the User will instantly be revoked of his/her client privileges which might result in confiscation of winnings and/or cancellation of all placed bets (even decided ones).

2.1.2 It is the responsibility of the betting Player to ensure details of his/her bets or wagers are correct.

Once bets/wagers have been placed, they may not be cancelled or changed by the Player.

We do not process requests to void any bets that were made by mistake.

However, the Company reserves the right to cancel any bet/wager at any time.

2.1.3 In case of fraud or attempted fraud especially regarding the placement of bets, the User will instantly be revoked of his/her client privileges.

2.1.4 Bets from bookmakers as well as betting agents are not accepted. Bets on events in which the User is participating in the sporting event (e.g. as a participating sportsman, as an owner, trainer or functionary of a participating club) are not permitted. JUNGLE’s employees and the relatives within the third degree of relationship are not allowed to participate in betting in our Services. In case this provision is not complied with, we are authorized to refuse payment of any winnings, and to cancel the bet.

2.1.5 Bets from bookmakers as well as betting agents are not accepted.

Bets on events in which the User is participating in the sporting event (e.g. as a participating sportsman, as an owner, trainer or functionary of a participating club) are not permitted. JUNGLE’s employees and the relatives within the sporting degree of relationship are not allowed to participate in betting in our Services.

In case this provision is not complied with, we are authorized to refuse payment of any winnings, and to cancel the bet.

2.1.6 You must exercise your own judgement in placing a bet and you hereby confirm that you have not relied on the advice of any JUNGLE employee relating to any bet.

2.1.7 We only accept bets/wagers made online (including via mobile device or downloadable applications on a mobile device).

Bets/wagers are not accepted in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be invalid and void - win or lose.

2.1.8 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their bets/wagers are correct. Once bets/wagers have been placed they may not be cancelled by the customer. Bets can only be changed by the customer using our Edit Bet feature, where this is available. JUNGLE reserves the right to cancel any bet/wager at any time.

2.1.9 Your funds will be allocated to bets/wagers in the order they are placed and will not be available for any other use. JUNGLE reserves the right to void and/or reverse any transactions made after a bet/wager has been placed involving allocated funds, either at the time or retrospectively.

2.2. Bet/Wager confirmation

2.2.1 Bets/wagers will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account.

2.2.2 A bet/wager that you request will only be valid once accepted by JUNGLE’s servers. Each valid bet/wager will receive a unique transaction code. We shall not be liable for the settlement of any bets/wagers which are not issued with a unique transaction code. If you are unsure about the validity of a bet/wager, please check your account history, or Contact Us.

2.2.3 Notwithstanding the above, if bets/wagers are placed via a debit card they are not valid until we have received payment in full. The bet/wager will be automatically void if we have not received the payment prior to the relevant event commencing.

2.2.4 Should a dispute arise, you and JUNGLE agree that the JUNGLE transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters. In the event that an attempted bet was not recorded on the transactional log, no bet shall be deemed to have been placed. You should check your Account balance each time you visit the App.

2.3. Settlement and Payouts

2.3.1 JUNGLE reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel any bet/wager at any time. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. The Company also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.

2.3.2 JUNGLE reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred:

  • the integrity of the event has been called into question;

  • the price(s) has been manipulated; or

  • match rigging has taken place.

2.3.3 If any client owes any money to JUNGLE for any reason, we have the right to take that into account before making any payments to that customer.

2.3.4 For events where there is no official 'off' declared, the advertised start time of the event will be deemed the 'off'. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has commenced bets will stand providing the final outcome is not known, and that no participant/team has gained any material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team, etc.) at the time the bet was placed. If the outcome of an event/market is known, JUNGLE reserves the right to void the bet, win or lose. Disputes over times bets are placed will be settled using the transaction log.

2.3.5 If for any reason, we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (e.g. due to loss of live pictures), all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.

2.3.6 Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, JUNGLE reserves the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.

2.3.7 In-Play betting - where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team etc) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.

2.3.8 Bets and wagers are settled to fractional prices, irrespective of the odds format used for bet placement.

2.4 Liabilities

2.4.1 We do not assume liability for transmitted errors of betting data and results. No claim for damages can in any instance be made because of incorrect, delayed, manipulated or abusive transfer of data on the internet or because of other transmission errors of data and results.

2.5 Errors

2.5.1 We have at our absolute discretion the right to correct any palpable errors and to take the necessary steps to provide a fair service for clients. A palpable error could be any incorrect information published in regard to an event. For example, incorrectly (reversed) setup handicap, wrong team/teams/participants, incorrect deadlines or technical errors etc.

2.5.2 We also reserve the right to correct obvious errors with the input of betting odds and/or the evaluation of betting results even after the event - or to declare affected bets void. It is the betting Player’s responsibility to ensure he/she placed his/her bets correctly.

2.5.3 We may decide to cancel or void any bets at our absolute discretion where:

there is a technological failure; or

wherein our judgment, there is a manifest error in the terms of a bet placed or offered by any party.

2.5.4 It is the responsibility of the betting Player to instantly report each amount mistakenly credited to his account. All winnings occurring as a result of such errors are invalid under whatever circumstances they occurred.

2.5.5 The bet is invalid if the actual date or time of the bet or necessary personal data of the betting Player are missing due to transmission errors. The bet is paid back. Bets which are accepted after the beginning of a race, a game or an event are also declared invalid.

2.6 Others

2.6.1 Any queries over a bet claim should first be e-mailed to us through our contact form. We will make every effort to resolve the matter in a mutually satisfactory manner.

2.6.2 Any queries relating to a bet must be raised no later than two (2) weeks after the last event in the bet has been settled. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to your query if it is not raised within this time.
