Important Information|

JUNGLEbet needs to identify the location of your computer during your use of our services. This is essential for participation in our games.

Chrome typically prompts you to grant permission when a website requests your location. To enable JUNGLEbet to determine your whereabouts, you must select 'Allow.' Failure to authorize location sharing will result in JUNGLEbet services not functioning as intended

Windows
1. Visit https://www.jungle.bet/ and locate the lock icon positioned to the left of the address bar. Click on it.
2. From the resulting dropdown menu, locate 'Location.'
3. Select 'Allow' from the dropdown menu to the right of 'Location.'

4. Afterward, return to https://www.jungle.bet/ and refresh the page.

MacOS
Access https://www.jungle.bet/ and grant permission for the website to collect location data.

If the pop-up did not appear, or if you accidentally clicked the Block button, please follow these steps to reset Location Data and Privacy:

1. Click on the Location error icon or the Lock icon located to the right of the address bar.
2. Choose 'Always allow the site to access your location,' then click 'Done.'
3. Click 'Open Preferences.'
4. On the Privacy tab, select 'Location Services,' then click the Lock icon.
5. Enter your computer’s password, choose Google Chrome, and then return to https://www.jungle.bet/ and refresh the web page.
