The referral campaign that many participated in has been stopped at 9:35 am on February 4th.

We have made the following improvements in the part where referral codes are submitted at sign up:

  • No distinction between uppercase and lowercase letters

  • If the referral code does not match any referral code upon submission, an error will be displayed

  • Characters that are difficult to distinguish, such as 0 and O, will not be used in the referral code.

We are currently addressing inquiries related to incorrect code entries and missed code inputs by manually replenishing bonuses one by one.

We will stop accepting inquiries regarding this 4am on February 9th when this announcement is posted.

Please rest assured that we will continue to respond to inquiries made before then.

Please note that for customers who have already contacted us and signed up after the referral campaign was stopped, even if they have already made inquiries, bonuses cannot be granted.

We are currently focusing on resolving problems and improving our services, and we are making efforts to be able to announce the next steps in the near future.
