At JUNGLE, we want our customers to enjoy the thrill of betting on real and virtual events. However, we do not want any of our customers to be harmed by betting, or for their families or friends to suffer as a result of their gambling.
JUNGLE will take steps to prevent any of its customers from developing a gambling problem. Our software is designed to protect the vulnerable from being harmed or exploited by gambling.
At the Responsible Gambling section of the JUNGLE App, you will be able to find information about how to gamble responsibly and how to obtain help if you feel you have a gambling problem.

Financial Transaction History
You can access a full history of your betting transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, bets placed, results and winnings at the Wallet section of the App.
In the Wallet section of the App, you can view your transaction history for a period of 24 months.
Your Account balance is always visible whenever you log in to the App.
For details of other transactions on your Account, you can contact customer support at support@jungle.xyz
Setting Financial Limits
The JUNGLE App has a facility that allows you to set loss, deposit and spend limits on your Account at the point of your registration and at any point after registration.
You can set a financial limit by clicking on the Account → Gambling Controls → Financial Limits section of the App.
Financial limits can be set for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or one month.
Financial limits will be implemented immediately on your Account (a slight delay may be experienced whilst limits are set on our IT systems). You will be notified when the financial limit will take effect on your Account.
Financial limits will be reset at midnight (00:00) on the day that the limit expires.
You may revise a pre-set financial limit at any time. Any increase to a limit will only be implemented after a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed and you have taken positive action to confirm the request after this period. “Positive action” will involve confirming the request to increase a financial limit in the App.
Reality Checks
The JUNGLE App has a facility to set a reality check on your Account. A reality check will provide you with a display of the time elapsed since your gambling session began and will allow you to monitor the amount of time you spend gambling.
You can set a reality check by clicking on the Account → Gambling Controls → Limitations →Reality Check section of the App.
Once a reality check has been set, you must acknowledge the reality check to remove it from display. You will also be able to exit your gambling session at this point.
Time-out
The JUNGLE App has a facility to set a time-out on your Account. A time-out will allow you to have a break from gambling and to ensure that you are not becoming dependent on gambling.
If you choose to take a time-out from gambling, you can do so for a period of 24 hours, one week, one month or 6 weeks.
During the time-out period, you will still be able to access your Account, but will not be able to deposit funds or gamble.
You can set a time out by clicking on the Account → Gambling Controls → Time Out section of the App.
Self-Exclusion
If you believe that you have a problem with gambling, you can self-exclude with JUNGLE either by (1) contacting customer services via the chat function or by e-mailing support@jungle.xyz or (2) in the App by clicking on Account → Gambling Controls → Self-Exclusion.
We ensure that all JUNGLE customer service staff are aware of the self-exclusion system we have in place and if you wish to self-exclude from gambling, our staff will be able to guide you through completion of the self-exclusion process. We will also encourage you to self-exclude with other gambling operators you use and also to consider registering with GAMSTOP.
You may self-exclude for a period of 6 months up to 5 years.
Self-exclusion means that your Account will be closed and you will not be able to gamble with JUNGLE during the period of self-exclusion.
Once you have self-excluded with JUNGLE we will:
close your Account;
return the balance of funds in your Account to you;
immediately take steps to remove your details from our marketing database;
provide you with information on counselling and other support services;
maintain a register of your personal details, including your name, address, DOBand e-mail, to prevent you from accessing our services during the period of self-exclusion.
retain records relating to your self-exclusion.
After the chosen period of self-exclusion has expired, if you decide you wish to recommence gambling, you must contact JUNGLE via e-mail at support@jungle.xyz. You will need to speak directly (via phone) with a member of our customer support team before consideration of the re-opening of your Account will be considered. If your Account is reopened, you will be given 24 hours to cool off before you are allowed to access your Account and gamble.
We reserve the right to exclude you for a longer period of time at our discretion if we feel you would benefit from this. We also reserve the right to refuse to reopen an account for any customer following a period of self-exclusion.
Preventing Underage Betting
Betting by those under the age of 18 is a criminal offence under the Gambling Act 2005.
We do not allow any person under the age of 18 to open an Account with us or to gamble with us.
We are required by our licence conditions to verify the age of all customer before allowing them to deposit funds into an Account, gamble or play any free-to-play gambling games.
Automated age verification checks are carried out on all customers when an account is opened. Where we are unable to verify an individual’s age electronically, we will request identity documents to verify that the individual is 18+ before the account can be opened.
You will not be able to deposit any funds into your Account, nor place any bet with us, until your age has been verified.
We display the “Over 18s only” symbol in our App and on all of our advertising/marketing materials. We will make it clear in all advertising material that it is criminal offence for a person under the age of 18 to open an account or to gamble using our product and services.
Parental Controls
We recommend that parents and guardians who use a family shared device install filtering software, to restrict internet access to gambling websites by children and minors.
Examples of such filtering software include www.netnanny.com.
Other software allows individual devices from accessing gambling websites, for example www.gamblock.com.
We recommend that you ensure that your credentials are kept private.
Advertising
All of our advertising is carefully reviewed in light of the specific requirements of the Gambling Commissions’ Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice, and the ASA Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) and Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP) Codes.
In addition, we adhere to IGRG Code of Practice which is designed to promote socially responsible advertising.
The advertising agencies we use are fully briefed on our responsible gambling obligations and requirements of our licence conditions.
Staff training and awareness
All JUNGLE support staff are trained in socially responsible gambling and where to direct customers for confidential advice should their gambling become out of control or harmful.
All our management and customer support staff receive awareness training on problem gambling issues.
Our employees are educated through a variety of programs and techniques on responsible gambling policies and procedures, to ensure a high level of knowledge commensurate with the high level of service we provide.
We continue to monitor best practices in the area of responsible gambling as it develops.
We review our policies and procedures on a regular basis in light of guidance from regulators, gambling charities and our own practical experience.
Identifying Problem gambling
For many people betting can be exciting, fun and entertaining. However, some people have a risk of becoming addicted to gambling. In order to remain in control of your gambling and ensure it is an enjoyable experience, we would suggest that you note these points:
Gambling should be regarded only as a form of leisure activity
Gambling is not a way to make money
Avoid chasing losses
Don’t gamble more than you can afford
Set financial limits and take a break from gambling if required
Keep track of the time you spend gambling and monitor your spending
Don’t gamble if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Don’t gamble when you are feeling stressed, emotional, anxious or depressed
Whilst the majority of people gamble within their means, for some betting can become a problem. Gambling with JUNGLE should be a form of entertainment.
At JUNGLE, we acknowledge that it is possible for some people to become addicted to gambling. If you are concerned that gambling is having a negative impact on your life or you have concerns that someone else might have a problem with their gambling, the following questions may help determine whether you or another person has a gambling problem:
Have you ever missed work due to gambling?
Has gambling ever made your home life unhappy?
Does gambling affect your reputation?
Have you ever felt remorse after gambling?
Have you ever gambled to get money you were saving to pay debts or to solve financial difficulties?
Does gambling cause a decrease in your ambition or efficiency?
After losing do you feel you must return as soon as possible and win back your losses?
After a win do you have a strong urge to return and win more?
Do you often gamble until your last pound is gone?
Do you ever borrow money to finance your gambling?
Have you ever sold anything to finance gambling?
Were you reluctant to use "gambling money" for normal expenditure?
Has gambling made you careless of the welfare of yourself or your family?
Have you ever gambled longer than you had planned?
Have you ever gambled to escape worry or trouble?
Have you ever committed, or considered committing, an illegal act to finance gambling?
Has gambling caused you to have difficulty sleeping?
Have arguments, disappointments or frustrations caused you to gamble?
Have you had an urge to celebrate any good fortune with a few hours of gambling?
Have you ever considered self-destruction or suicide as a result of your gambling?
If the answer is ‘yes’ to a number of these flags, it may be time to seek advice to make sure that you can control your gambling with the correct help and advice.
