These terms ("Jackpot Terms") apply in relation to any JUNGLEbet Jackpot Campaign (“Jackpot Campaign”).
1. INTRODUCTION
A Jackpot Campaign gives customers the chance to win a cash prize (a “Jackpot”) by predicting the results of a promotional race/match we select.
The prize amounts and campaign schedule (opening and closing date) are clearly specified in the promotional material for each Jackpot Campaign.
2. ENTRY
To participate in a Jackpot Campaign, you must follow these steps:
Unlock the Jackpot Campaign using Gems as specified in the promotional material for each Jackpot Campaign.
Gems can be earned on the JUNGLEbet app. Gems are not a substitute for cash and cannot be bet or withdrawn. Gems have no tradeable value. Gems are provided by us free of charge and cannot be purchased.
In order to obtain Gems to participate in a Jackpot Campaign, it is necessary to make a deposit.
The method of earning Gems and the number of Gems required to participate in a Jackpot Campaign will be clearly shown in the promotional material for each Jackpot Campaign.
Bet
To be eligible to win a Jackpot, you must place a bet.
The number of races/matches for which you need to place a bet to qualify for a Jackpot Campaign can be one or more.
The required bet amount to participate is specified in the promotional material for each Jackpot Campaign.
3. JACKPOT PRIZES
The Jackpot amount will be split amongst the winners and will be credited to their account on JUNGLEbet.
No wagering requirements apply to a Jackpot win and the funds can be withdrawn without any restriction (but subject to any general withdrawal restrictions in our Terms and Conditions (see below)).
For higher-value Jackpots, we may contact winners directly before crediting accounts.
A Jackpot will only be paid to the named account holder.
If the race/match in the Jackpot Campaign is void for any reason, the distribution of the Jackpot will also be void.
It may take up to one week to credit funds to accounts.
4. RESTRICTIONS
A Jackpot Campaign may have a maximum number of participants. Any restriction on numbers will be clearly stated in the promotional material for each Jackpot Campaign.
After completing ID verification and unlocking the market, users who place bets on the designated market qualify to participate on a first-come, first-served basis.
A Jackpot Campaign may have a minimum number of participants (e.g., the campaign will not proceed unless 100 people unlock the market). Any minimum numbers required will be clearly stated in the promotional material for each Jackpot Campaign.
5. OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to change Jackpot Campaign participation criteria, Jackpot amounts, and other conditions at our discretion.
The availability of Jackpot Campaigns are subject to our discretion, and we do not guarantee their availability.
We are not responsible if Gems or a Jackpot Campaign cannot be used for technical reasons or because the maximum number of participants has been reached.
We have the right to approve or reject entries into the Jackpot Campaign.
We have the right to modify, suspend, or remove the Jackpot Campaign features (or parts of it) for any event, schedule, or customer.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Jackpot Campaign feature is being abused generally or by a specific customer, we have the right to restrict entries or to remove the Jackpot Campaign entirely.
Please see our Terms and Conditions (country-specific) for any restrictions on withdrawal of winnings from a Jackpot Campaign.
For users who violate our terms of use (country-specific) as outlined in our terms, we will apply the measures specified in the terms to Jackpot Campaigns.
