A. General Rules

These general rules must be read in conjunction with the JUNGLE Terms of Service and the Sports Rules.

To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the Terms of Service, these General Rules and the Sports Rules, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

In these General Rules, all the JUNGLE companies that offers sports betting services are referred to as 'JUNGLE', 'us', 'we' or 'our' and you are referred to as 'you' or 'your'.

1. Placing bets

1.1 A bet is only a valid bet once it has been accepted by JUNGLE’s servers and a unique transaction code has been issued. JUNGLE is not liable for settlement of any bet where a unique transaction code has not been issued. Valid bets can be checked in the account history section of the App. The JUNGLE transaction log database shall be the ultimate authority to confirm whether a bet was placed.

1.2 We reserve the right to accept or refuse the whole or any part of any proposed bet. We reserve the right to cancel any bet at any time and/or to refuse payment of winnings.

1.3 Bets from other bookmakers and betting agents are not permitted.

1.4 Bets from individuals who are participating in the event are not permitted (e.g. a sportsman, owner, trainer or employee of a participating club).

1.5 Bets from employees of JUNGLE or their third-degree relations are not permitted.

1.6 A bet shall be deemed to be void if there are insufficient funds in your account, or your debit card transaction does not complete, in order to pay the stake at the time the bet is placed.

1.7 Bets may not be cancelled or changed once the bet has been placed and acceptance of the bet has been confirmed by us in the App. This applies even if the bet has been placed in error or by mistake.

1.8 It is your responsibility to ensure details of any bets that you place are correct.

1.9 All prices are subject to variation and, save where the starting price has been selected by you, the price shall be fixed at the time a bet is placed.

1.10 We cannot be held responsible for any typing, human or software error which leads to any errors or omissions in relation to any product or in respect of any publication on the Website of any prices or results other than those intended. We reserve the right to void any bets which have been accepted at an incorrect price.

1.11 We are not responsible for the accuracy of any offers, prices or other information displayed on any third-party website including but not limited to price comparison or affiliate websites and we accept no liability in respect of any such errors.

1.12 It is your responsibility to understand the betting and gaming terminology used on the Website and the mechanism of any bet types that you select. If you have any queries as to how certain bet types work, please contact support@jungle.xyz before placing any bet. We cannot accept any responsibility if you place a bet which you do not fully understand.

1.13 A number of bets may be treated as being a single bet when a customer places multiple copies of the same bet. When this occurs, all bets will be voided apart from the first bet struck.

1.14 Where a number of multiple bets, involving identical or very similar selections, are received by different customers within a short timeframe, we reserve the right to void all such bets, even after the bets have been determined.

2. Winnings

No claim for winnings may be made more than six months after the date on which the relevant event completed.

3. Non-runners and non-participants

A stake placed on single bets will be returned in circumstances where the subject of the relevant bet has been entirely withdrawn from the relevant event prior to its commencement. In accumulative bets the stake will run on to the remaining selection(s) with a double becoming a single, a treble becoming a double and so on.

4. Abandonments, Cancellations, Postponements, Venue Changes

4.1 Some markets have different rules and these are listed in the Sports Rules. However, where a market has no specific rules in the Sports Rules in relation to an abandonment, cancellation and/or postponement the following shall apply:

4.2 In relation to any match, fixture, game, individual event, race or similar: If the event is not completed within 48 hours after the scheduled completion date, then all bets on markets for the event will be void.

4.3 In relation to any tournament, competition or similar: If the event is not completed within 24 hours following the scheduled completion date of the event, then any markets relating to the event will be settled in accordance with the official ruling of the relevant governing body, providing such a decision is given within 90 days after the scheduled completion date. If no official ruling is announced in this 90-day period, then bets on any market related to this event will be void, except for bets on any markets which have been unconditionally determined.

4.4 Additionally, if any tournament, competition or similar is cancelled or postponed indefinitely before any event has taken place, then bets on any market related to this event will be voided upon official confirmation from the relevant governing body.

4.5 If a match is no longer played at the venue advertised, bets already placed will stand provided that the home team is still designated as such and the venue has not been changed to the opponent’s ground. If the home team and away team for a match are reversed, bets placed on the event will be void.

4.6 JUNGLE reserves the right to void any bet where it considers that a change of venue has had a significant impact on the pricing for the event.

5. Dead heats

In the event of a dead heat, the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners or competitors involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid proportionately to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being treated as a losing stake.

6. Ante post betting (future events)

6.1 You agree that ante post bets are accepted on the understanding that you will lose your stake if your selection does not participate.

6.2 Bets placed after the start of a sports event are not classified by us as ante post. Unless otherwise stated in the Sports Rules, the start of an event is defined as the first time at which any competitive action commences. Stakes will be refunded on competitors/teams who do not participate in the relevant event after the bet is placed, unless they have been eliminated by competition rules.

6.3 Stakes will not be refunded on competitors/teams who start an event and then withdraw.

6.4 In total tournament/series markets, individuals named in the team squad will be deemed to have participated whether or not they have taken part in any competitive action.

6.5 Ante post each way doubles, trebles etc. are settled win to win, place to place.

6.6 Ante post bets are settled at the price and place terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

6.7 Place only bets and forecast bets are not accepted at ante post odds. If taken in error, place only bets will be void. Forecast bets will be settled on the computer straight forecast.

7. Related contingencies

7.1 Accumulative/multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another.

7.2 If taken in error the stakes will be equally divided in respect of the contingent elements of the accumulative/multiple bet and shall be separated into individual bets. However, where the related parts of the bet are resolved at different times, unless 'special double' or 'special accumulative' odds are available, bets will be settled as instructed with the odds for the second or subsequent legs being determined at each individual stage.

8. Sports governing bodies

8.1 It is a condition of your use of the JUNGLE services that you represent that:

  • you are not prohibited from entering into the bet by any term of your contract of employment or any rule of a Sports Governing Body, which applies to you;

  • you are not aware of any circumstance which would make the placing of the bet a breach of a rule on betting applied by a Sports Governing Body;

  • where the bet is placed on the outcome of a race, competition or other event or on the likelihood of anything occurring, you do not know the outcome of the event or have not been involved in any circumstances which might affect its potential outcome.

8.2 If we become aware or suspect that any such representation by you is or may be false your stake will be forfeited and we shall not be obliged to pay any winnings which might otherwise have been payable in respect of the relevant placed bet.

9. Data supplied by a third party

Please be aware that any data (such as current scores or elapsed time) that is displayed on the App is sourced from a 'live feed' provided by a third party and may be subject to time delay and/or be inaccurate. If you rely on this data to place bets, you do so entirely at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of your reliance on it.

10. Rigging

We reserve the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void, where we become aware or suspect that the integrity of an event has been called into question, prices have been manipulated or where a race, event or match has been rigged. Pending the outcome of any investigation and, in our absolute discretion, we reserve the right to declare bets on any such race, event or match as void.

11. Late bets

11.1 Bets may be placed up to the scheduled start time of the event or a pre-determined time, whichever is the earlier.

11.2 Any bet inadvertently accepted after the betting has closed or at a stage where the customer could have any indication of the outcome will be settled at the correct price at the time the bet was placed.

11.3 Bets placed after the final event result is known will be voided.

11.4 Should there be a dispute over the start time of an event/market where an official starting time is not given by that sport’s governing body, then the time that we determine the event to have started and the time at which the bet was placed according to our transactional logs (if recorded) will be conclusive evidence in the settlement or non-settlement of all bets in respect of that event/market.

12. Bet Settlement

We show our odds in decimal odds format.
All winnings will be rounded to the nearest second decimal place. For example, a prize of £240.778 will become £240.78.

13. In-Play

In-Play means betting that takes place while an event is in progress.

We reserve the right to void any part or all, of any bets, on any event on which we are In-Play Betting that is not completed (ie. abandoned, postponed).

Regarding bets related to the progress of the match, where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known, we reserve the right to void the bet.

We reserve the right at its absolute discretion to part-suspend or fully suspend outcomes/selections in any In-Play markets.

Where a blatant error is made in transmission on any event on which we are In-Play Betting bets will be settled at the correct price at the time at which the bet was placed.

We try to ensure that all event information displayed on this site is correct but any live score displays should be treated as a guide only.

B. Sports Rules

NEO Rush

Specific markets are as follows.

1. Which Car Will Win?

Predict which car will complete the race first.

  • A car wins by either:

    • Crossing the finish line first, or

    • Being the last car to avoid a Fail condition.

  • Fail conditions include:

    • Going off-course (leaving the track entirely, such as jumping over the wall)

    • Stopping

    • Reversing direction (reverse driving)

    • Lane Switching (jumping to a different lane during the race)

If all cars Fail, the last car that was actively racing (on the track and not in a Fail condition) is considered the winner.

2. Will Either Car Fail to Finish?

Predict whether one of the two cars will encounter a Fail condition before completing the race.

3. Will Both Cars Fail to Finish?

Predict that all cars will encounter a Fail condition before completing the race.

Note:

  • If all cars are unable to start the race simultaneously, the race will be restarted, and the bet will remain valid.

  • A race is deemed complete only when a car either finishes the course or all cars Fail.

YadokariDAO

Yadokari means 'Hermit Crab'. YadokariDAO is JUNGLEbet's original hermit crab race.

Specific markets are as follows.

Head to Head | Circular course

1. Which Yadokari Will Win?

The race is a competition to determine which hermit crab can complete the circular course in the shortest amount of time.

The race has a time limit of 60 seconds.

If, by the end of the 60-second time limit, both hermit crabs have not reached the finish line, the hermit crab closest to the finish line is declared the winner.

Hermit crabs have a habit of moving backward. The goal is achieved when the entire body of the hermit crab crosses the finish line.

When Red and Blue hermit crabs are in a race, if only a part of Red's crab has crossed the finish line and it starts moving backward, and during that time, Blue's crab crosses the finish line, it results in a win for the Blue crab.

2.How many Yadokari will be out within 10 seconds?

This is a race where hermit crabs compete to see how many of them can get out of the course within 10 seconds.

When the 10-second countdown reaches 0.0, if the entire body of the hermit crab has crossed the goal line, then that hermit crab is successfully get out of it.

For example, if at the 0.0 countdown, the Red hermit crab has only a part of its body across the goal line, while the Blue hermit crab has an entire body past the goal line, then the prediction for the Blue hermit crab would be correct.

Three-way battle | Circular course

1. Which Yadokari Will Win?

The race is a competition to determine which hermit crab can complete the circular
course in the shortest amount of time.

Even after the 10-second countdown has ended, the race continues until the second-place hermit crab crosses the finish line to determine the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions.

Hermit crabs have a habit of moving backward. The goal is achieved when the entire body of the hermit crab crosses the finish line.

When three hermit crabs, Red, Blue, and Yellow, are competing, if only a part of Red's hermit crab has crossed the goal line and Blue's hermit crab crosses it first, Blue's hermit crab wins.

Then, if Yellow's hermit crab crosses the goal line with its entire body as the second one, it becomes second, and Red becomes third.

2. How many Yadokari will be out within 10 seconds?

This is a race where hermit crabs compete to see how many of them can get out of the course within 10 seconds.

When the 10-second countdown reaches 0.0, if the entire body of the hermit crab has crossed the goal line, then that hermit crab is successfully getting out of it.

For example, if at the 0.0 countdown, the Red hermit crab has only a part of its body across the goal line, while both the Blue and Yellow hermit crabs have their entire bodies past the goal line, then the predictions for both the Blue and Yellow hermit crabs would be correct.

Three-way battle | 50cm course

1. Which Yadokari Will Win?

This is a race where hermit crabs compete to determine which one will come in first on a 50cm course.

The race has a time limit of 60 seconds.

If, within the 60-second time limit, none of the three hermit crabs have crossed the finish line, the one that is closest to the goal at the end of the 60 seconds will be declared the winner.

Hermit crabs have a habit of moving backward. The goal is achieved when the entire body of the hermit crab crosses the finish line.

Even if a hermit crab is leading the race, it may turn around midway. Let's choose the positive hermit crab.

2. How many Yadokari will be out within 60 seconds?

This is a market to predict how many hermit crabs can reach the finish line within 60 seconds.

When the 60-second countdown reaches 0.0, if the entire body of the hermit crab has crossed the goal line, then that hermit crab is successfully getting out of it.

For example, if at the 0.0 countdown, the Red hermit crab has only a part of its body across the goal line, while both the Blue and Yellow hermit crabs have their entire bodies past the goal line, then the predictions for both the Blue and Yellow hermit crabs would be correct.

SumoDAO

SumoDAO is JUNGLEbet's original Sumo wrestling.

Specific Markets are as follows.

1. Who Will Win?

Predict whether either fighter will remain without falling to the end or without exiting the ring (designated space).

If two players fall at the same time, or are judged to have stepped out of the ring (designated space), or if a decision isn't reached within 120 seconds, the same match will be replayed.

In such a case, the bet will not be voided and the result of the rematch will be reflected.
